There's nothing wrong with being skinny tbh. I'm technically "thick" but I'm trying to lose weight because I want to be creepy and fragile-looking, not an Instahoe.
If you want to gain weight, eat more grains and carbs, drink more milk and snack more often.
It'll be hard because you'll get full faster, but push yourself. Clean off your plate.
If you don't really like snacks, you can just make sure you're nibbling on something like pic related whenever idle. One two-bar pouch is like 190 calories and it has 29.1g of carbs, so you can eat like 2-4 pouches and increase your caloric intake in addition to what you already eat. You'll gain weight fairly quickly that way.
Alternatively, eat lots of nuts. Almonds and pistachios are good.

>>157046i know i shouldn't be affected by what they're saying but i really do want to gain weight. my body is so unattractive to me. i don't want to gain massive amounts. I just want gain a bit more fat to my body.
My goal is to get to at least 46 or 48kg. It's not very easy considering my quick metabolism

I posted a big long way to figure out how many calories you should eat to gain weight but then realized you only wanna gain to be thick. :/ If you still want to, I wouldn't try to gain too much, I'm sure you look fine the way you are and unfortunately trying to gain could cause you to go past thickness into being overweight.
As long as you eat semi-healthy being your natural size is way better than turning into a hamplanet because you feel insecure . Plenty of people like skinny chicks.

>>157057 Yo does this work the other way around too?
Like, say you don't eat much but you naturally have a thicker (not obese for obvious reasons, but still soft/with assets) frame anyway. Would you rapidly start losing weight and become skelly-mode if you keep up your neglectful eating habits into adulthood?

>>157048it's weird to read someone thinking that, since a lot of girls where i live boast sapiosexuality, needing mental stimulation at the workplace and in in the bedroom, and how looks don't matter.
they're all fat and/or ugly with horrible personalities.

>>157057Same! I now have to watch what I eat in order to stay thin :(
I would tell you to not start focusing on your body to much. I recently lost a bunch of weight and I realised that I'm feeling even worst than before. Now that I have made a change I see all the flaws that I could change. There is no end, there is no accepting myself right now u_u ..

>>157061Yeah, I was one of those who were very thin even though I ate a lot of shit in high school. Now, in my twenties, I gotta watch what I eat ofc but it's not that bad because I learned how to eat healthy (better for my body in long term) instead of stuffing myself with crap constantly.
Anyway if you are just thin (but not Aly or Ashley skelly mode) people will be jelly. My friend told me I was sickly thin and should gain weight to look better but then she told me she was jealous because I was stuffing myself with fast food and yet I was sooo nicely thin. Ah, contradictions.

>>157058probably not. you just might not gain a whole lot more since you're not conditioned to eating large amounts like those other anons.
I did experience hovering around 130s in HS while eating whatever and not really exercising, to losing 10-15 lbs in college doing much of the same, but i guess eating smaller proportions/generally less (no 3 square homecooked meals anymore). But I do drink beer and stuff now and still have not gone up to my highest weight which was around 138 in 9/10th grade. Though, since I'm not super diligent about my weight it fluctuates a lot depending on what i'm doing.
