IF I should ever be able to focus on things again which happens like once a week then reading non-fiction books, gaming and drawing, maybe even writing the script for my own stories, but sadly I didn't have enough concentration power for the latter in 10 years by now. It was so fun when I still had the motivation to do this. So if you can, try this.

Sometimes I like doing crafts like jewelry, I mostly workout, then take a nice shower, then do my hair and that's how half of the goes by.
I like to nap from time to time, or play videogames, sometimes I get inspired by something I've read or seen and decide to doodle something, playing with my dog, talking with my best friend, those things take lots of time and don't make you feel like you're wasting your time.
Talking with my family is also something nice, I can be on a call with them for at least an hour or two hours, we talk about random stuff and about how our day went, so that's fun.
Sometimes another nice thing to do is watch old shows and movies that you used to watch during your childhood, it's so cozy, I get some popcorn and pet my dog while watching old Disney movies or shows on my PC.

other than image board addiction and general internet stuff, here are some fun things i used to do more of

I just use an app on my phone and take shots of myself or household objects. for example just moving around the room, sometimes doing a voiceover
>fancy bath with candles, bath bomb etc
not exactly "fun" but comfy and relaxing
>make a music playlist and invent cringey dances to go with the songs
>smoking and listening to music
>fun craft or art project
I like making badges and jewelry with shrink plastic, stickers, comics, collage

>making an obstacle course for my cat
with cardboard boxes, chairs, sheets etc
>or make a fort for myself
fill it with pillows and sit inside watching a film on my laptop

>lego project

I wish I didn’t have to work so that I’d actually have time to do things that are fun

When I stay home on a weekend day I usually bake something I don't normally do. Like one Saturday night I randomly made bagels.

same nona, breakfast, workout, shower, get dressed/do my hair, lunch then it's already the afternoon. i enjoy listening to podcasts or watching documentaries while i workout as well.
i also tend to my hobbies but they're pretty "intellectually demanding" i guess, so i can't do them for more than 3 hours in total at most.

I read a manga or I play video games if I'm not just online. But even then I barely have enough free time to read or play whatever I want.

I don't have the attention span for fun these days, when I'm home I mostly focus on de-stressing eg cleaning, organizing, doing chores, running errands, preparing food, exercising etc. And then I fill in time watching tv, which is kinda the most boring NPC hobby ever but it feels so luxurious when you have everything done and you're a bit tired.

Get some air dry clay, it's not that expensive, then you pick out some animals, maybe an ant eater or even a cow. Make that animal, make a few or whatever you want so you have some drying as a backup because in a few days you can paint those motherfuckers and that's another fun activity. Make a goddamn zebra striped giraffe or whatever, babes!
