>The nominees for shorts (live action, animated and documentary), editing, score, hair and make up, sound and production design will all be seated an hour ahead of the ceremony kicking off and winners will accept their prizes off air.

>The decision to cut the categories appears to be a time-saving move in a bid to "keep the show vital, kinetic, and relevant".

>Karol Urban, president of the Cinema Audio Society (CAS), said the move would "fracture the filmmaking community" by "keeping invisible art invisible".

>Ms Urban said it was "unsettling" to see the "stratification" of the Academy, an organisation created to celebrate filmmaking "as a whole", and the move would relay to the public that "some categories were more important than others".

I think the beef was much deeper because in 2016 Jada advocated on boycotting the Oscars due to Will not being nominated and also just the Oscar’s being racist in general. I think it probably hurt them that another black celebrity instead of standing up for them was just kinda like “no one would’ve even invited Jada to the Oscar’s anyway cuz she doesn’t really appear in movies.” She probably didn’t even want to go this year but cuz Will was nominated and it would prob look bad with the whole entanglement fiasco. Comedians at these ceremonies are brought on specifically to jokingily roast celebs, that's what they do but it's not the first time it's landed poorly. We're also entering into times where alot of old humor can't be brought up because of mostly genderpecials and similar protected groups. There's a pressure not to offend those people. The limitations of what you can say seem that much tighter now than years ago. Maybe they'll just get rid of the comedy aspect altogether when the day comes where it all runs the risk of offending someone or other.

I lost my mom to cancer, she was bald in the end and sensitive about it, after her death my trichotillomania ramped up and I was soon bald myself. I mostly could laugh when people made sinead oconner jokes about me. If someone has a wig or a cap on you know not to go there. If someone is bald and has (seemingly) no problem appearing in public bald then people often read it as you being comfortable with your situation. Hey, you dumbass, alopecia sometimes means that the scalp wouldn't sustain much weight and hair will eventually fall out again, she could grow some streaks but they will not last, that's why she shaved because it looks irregular

why are you moids so autistically obsessed with cucking?

Will and jada are both in a open relationship and Will has said that he sleeps with women outside of his marriage, so why is he being called a cuck.

Good on jada for also having fun, moids expect women in open relationships to stay faithful while they fuck multiple women, Bet if it was like that you would be calling Will a ''alpha king''

They probably cope by thinking sleeping with no one is better than getting their dick called small and getting cheated on, kek. One look at 4chan and you can see how insanely men are obsessed with cucking.

No. 1115104

Hell nah men are only good for using their scrote strength to defend women against against other moids. Imagine you’ve been insulted by your boyfriends male friends but he just tucks his tail between his legs and doesn’t use male privilege to speak up for you.

No. 1115108

>>1115104
If you choose to be insulted by a joke by someone you already hate that everyone would have forgotten about in 5 seconds, that's a you problem.
If a scrote feels he has to use violence to "defend" someone, he's bad at conflict resolution and is the same as a stupid animal.

I disagree, part of being an adult man and not an emotional little boy is knowing to control yourself and respond to words with words. If my man did that live at the Oscars over a tame ass joke I'd feel humiliated

Just because unaffected individuals didn't care and could forget about it doesn't mean Will would too, after all, he's the one who knows Jada and her pain personally, of course it's personal for Will but not for some randoms

I agree with this. They should have instead issued a statement about how women with alopecia are viewed as less than and that would be better than physical violence.
