I think they need to make their bloody minds up - are they "men" or are they women? Surely if they were so dysphoric about their gender, would pregnancy not be a harrowing experience? Also, would the hormones not cause problems in terms of breastfeeding and the baby's health?

I have my own reservations about gender anyway, so I am biased. I think the whole thing is getting fairly ridiculous.

I don't care as long as they raise their children right and the kids aren't assholes. Those babies are what my future kids are going to look up to.

To me this is just proof they're not transgender.
Isn't the drive to become trans because you absolutely can't stand your body and you desire to distance yourself from those gender-tied abilities (like period, pregnancy etc).

They are supposedly so disturbed by being female that they take testosterone and get surgery to appear male.

But it doesn't disturb them to have a baby… which is the most obviously female characteristic there is. It triggers them to have breasts, to have a hairless face, or to be called Sarah instead of Steve. But, you know, carrying a baby in your uterus and giving birth to it through your vagina? That's totally awesome.

Reminds me of the MTF trannies who constantly talk about how they love to fuck stuff with their dicks.

So trans men want to present, be thought of and act like actual, biological men, correct? But actual biological men don't bear children. Reminds me of some news segment I saw the other night of a FTM swimmer who was transitioning but still wanted to swim for the girl's team so they could keep winning. In college they were made to choose the men's team and now they lose all the time, lel. They also went on to say they weren't ruling out being pregnant in the future.

Just sounds like some fetishy best of both worlds snowflake bullshit.

like honestly, the way we treat trans people is baffling to me. you wouldn't validate a schizophrenic person's delusional behavior or hallucinations, so why do we do it with them?

It's just an example of why this whole tranny movement is bullshit. Maybe there are some people who experience real gender dysmorphic feelings, but I don't think we should encourage them to act on their feelings, because it just leads to shit like this. These people need real therapy, not getting their dick shoved up inside them or their tits cut off.

It's gross. All of it is gross and MtF are the worse example of that. The fetishistic way they want to be woman is fucking weird to me. Incoming blog post but when I was a kid I was considered a "Tom boy" who didn't identify with girls and wore trousers and was terrified of growing boobs. If I was born a few decades later maybe I'd have been considered "trans". Now I'm comfortable with being a woman because I'm not going to let it hold me back from doing ANYTHING. I can be a woman and wear trousers, I can be a woman and persue a science career. I'm not going to let some stupid societal expectations get in my way and I'm definately not going to allow people to make assumptions about me based on my clothing jfc.

Gender is stupid but WE define for ourselves what are interests are, who we befriend, how we dress etc. That's not decided by whether people call us "John" or "Jane". These people are actually perpetuating stereotypes and holding on to traditional views, rather than challenging them.

I actually have less of a problem with F2M trans people, most I've met are quiet and don't act like complete stereotypes. M2F on the other hand are an insult to biological women.

I am really excited for the future of humanity. One day it won't be a big deal to choose or change your gender. We might all be dead by the time it gets to that point, but god, it's going to be amazing when you (not just your parents!) will be able to genetically modify yourself.

Until then, I love that crazy stupid stuff like the OP story happens. I don't think it's necessary to believe transgender people are "really" the gender they transition to, but god bless them for going through the effort.

I love looking at transition timelines (as well as fitness timelines). It's pretty cool how much some people can change with just the available technology we have.

Plastic surgery doesn't bother me, tattoos don't bother me, and sexual reassignment doesn't bother me. The weirder people are the closer I feel to the future of completely designer bodies.
