How rich is Bodyline, the lolita company? I wonder out of curiosity if he makes a lot of money despite the controversy. It seems weird that he would make a company to find a waifu idk probably isn't the sole reason or maybe it isn't it at all?

I mean, what controversy? Venus and her mom talking shit? The fact that the modeling contest is just to get a waifu? All that stuff is old news now unless something else has come up. I don't think they even do the modeling contest anymore?

I'm sure there's a way to find out and I'm sure he does very well. It seems to be a rather small company, has various locations as well as a pretty massive worldwide customer base. Even just the cosplay/seifuku/school girl section has it's own distinct customer base. I would be surprised if he weren't pretty rich but I'm fairly certain it would be from reckless spending if he weren't.

I wish they would stop trying to just put out new prints and get better models and restock older stuff. I know most stores don't stock old stuff but the things that are kind of "old standbys," or colors that sold out but are otherwise still available in other colors.

I'm pretty surprised he hasn't found his waifu yet tbh.

Most of the dresses are meh. Best thing is that biscuit jsk as of late. I think they should stay away from prints generally – their solids are much better.

I would be so down to be Mr. Yan's waifu if it meant I got to make some decisions in the company production, like Nadia.
Their prints are shit, but a few tweaks here and there in overall design and I can imagine a couple of them being actually passable.
I hate how high they've been jacking their prices lately, though.
Bodyline is known as the K-Mart of lolita for a reason. don't abandon your cheapskate fanbase now, Mr. Yan!!

I don't think he's trolling, he just has a magnaminous sense of humor. he doesn't mind letting us all have a good chuckle at his expense.

he probably does have a boner for younger/western features, but hell, I have a thing for tentacles, I'm not going to judge anyone for their preferences.

So what is your experience with Bodyline Air mail? I was sent a tracking number but according to Japan Post the number can't be found. I wonder if they lost the package already. I heard from others Bodyline tried to make off with their money without sending them anything.
