I got this idea from picrel:
https://retractionwatch.com/2015/07/21/to-our-horror-widely-reported-study-suggesting-divorce-is-more-likely-when-wives-fall-ill-gets-axedWe need to avoid spreading bad information. Whenever we link to debunked or retracted studies in discussions, it only discredits the case for feminists, not unlike the once oft-repeated claim that the world would be underwater by 2005 harmed the environmentalist movement in the eyes of the public. Our arguments need to be strong and factually-based.
In this thread, post any studies or data that pertain to women's rights (eg labor, relationships, crime, domestic violence, sexuality, etc) you've seen shared around that are debunked, misleading or inaccurate. If possible, supplement things with more context and better studies.
