I don't think it should be legalised but tbh it's nowhere near as bad as people make themselves believe it is. For the woman it's only some temporary discomfort, if that, while for the man it's more often than not fulfilling his strongest most natural urge. It's a huge positive for the man while not really being much of a negative for the woman. Rape being evil is purely a social construct.

Historically the reason rape is considered such a horrendous crime is because women were considered a man's most valuable property, so the rapist is stealing that property and possibly even his reproductive rights. However in our liberal capitalist society this is no longer the case. Instead it's now the women themselves who are angry at rapists, for reducing their market value. Women's most important commodity is sexual access, which they barter for material benefits. The rapist takes that sexual access but gives no money or other material benefits in return. This is of course unacceptable to women who depend on selling sex for comfort.
