It used to be the opposite for me, I'd get SO MANY ads where a guy catches his evil Karen girlfriend cheating on him or watches her run into the arms of a richer/buffer moid kek. The overwhelming majority of them felt like a barely disguised cuck fetish. I cannot find this ad anywhere now and don't remember what company it was for, but I saw a Webtoon-looking one where a guy delivers condoms to a hotel room and his girlfriend and high school bully answer the door, half-naked, and she launches into this AI generated speech about how they PLANNED IT because she needs a "real man" and not "some dweeb" kek. It was framed exactly like an NTR doujin. By far one of the most random adverts I've ever gotten. I'm not sure what I did to make Google think I enjoyed that content but I'm glad it got the message.
