I have made peace with my inverted triangle shape and my tiny boobs after like 3 years of battling body dysmorphia and psychosis-induced dysmorphia, but now I just want to get a bit meatier and buffier (I'm underweight from cycling through depressive episodes which is giving me a whole new load of dysmorphic fixations). I have spaghetti arms and I really want a big more muscle on them. This pic makes me dream, honestly. I want to try to hit the gym and eat better when I go back to college, but I'm afraid this is not really gonna happen (sorry for the long-ass rant/blogposting, I just really needed to get it out of my system. I’m high fiber, high plant protein now and I’m only starting to drop my weight. Lost 5lbs in two weeks and finally hit my first weight milestone.
I’m sure if I added some sort of activity like walking or jogging to my day, I’d shed it a lot faster.
