i should say, gravity does eventually come for us all, but whether you can significantly slow down this process with a bra is unknown. very small boobs are so close to the body there's basically no risk of prematurely sagging unless it's because of another reason like rapid weight gain and loss, drugs, hormones, pregnancy, etc.

Idk, it said something like it trains your boobs to become used to being supported so the muscle weakens, and gravity pulls more, causing saggy-ness sooner than those who don't wear bras often. Either way fuck it. I ditched underwire bras completely and go braless sometimes and my boobs are pretty huge. It ain't worth it anymore and when sweet lady gravity comes to claim them i'll know they had a good life

my #1 are the champion c9 bras from target and anything similar. they have removable pads that aren't pushup, just good for when you don't feel like showing the world your exact boob shape. there's still some jiggle when i wear them but it's not so much that i can't work out. tight enough to feel contained but loose enough that i wear them all day sometimes. i'm interested to check out the uniqulo ones!

Who said this is about gender roles? I went to college and got a job, I live on my own, I choose to live childfree, I casually date both women and men and have no interest in getting married. I don't wear makeup, I wear mostly pants and t-shirts, I express myself the way I want to and not to appease the sexual desires of men. I think I've done a pretty good job of defying traditional gender roles as a trans woman, and again, that's my prerogative and my choice, and I don't think I should be scolded if maybe I decide to wear a skirt, or get married to a man, or become a housewife.
I understand completely what you're insinuating, and I will tell you just like I've told every person like this: I transitioned for the medical reason of treating gender dysphoria. The way I fit into traditional gender roles has NOTHING to do with it.

Anyway back on topic, I have a fairly large bust (32E) yet I haven’t worn a proper bra in months… mainly because getting one in the right size costs a fortune but also because it’s such a hassle. I mostly just go around in oversized sweaters atm since it’s cold anyway. If women with fairly large boobs can go months, years or even their entire lives without wearing a bra there’s no reason why you wouldn’t be able to.
