Luminosity and contrast turned all the way up. Hair looks dry and fragile. Probably too much straightening without protection and hair dye.

Looks like a young girl so she'll grow up and out of this phase. Everyone goes through a goth/emo/weeb/punk/prep/whatever phase. It's called being young and finding your identity.
