I don't know that much about plastic surgery, but I always see shit on tv where people are too lazy to properly care for themselves afterward and do dumb shit like immediately removing bandages and doing makeup (facial surgery) or getting bra fitted and wearing crop tops (breast surgery).
Seeing as Russia is a supposed-shithole and this woman probably sees the living doll thing as her one chance to escape poverty or move up in class, it's possible she immediately started doing things as usual in order to not drop off social media. Just a guess, because it's not always the surgeon's fault if the patient doesn't care for themselves afterward.

two independent doctors she visited after the surgery had told her that too much was cut out of her nose which led to this botchered look. also the doctor apparently used an old-fashioned way to operate as in michael jacksons pinched nose-tip way, which isnt a modern way to do a rhinoplasty anymore.
