We are having a smallish con here in Brazil in two weeks and the con mascot official facebook profile annouced they were having a very special guest: a local unknown cosplayer.
The thing is, he is a black Naruto cosplayer and is a bit of a joke since his cosplays are poorly made and he literally uses a CEILING FAN as a Rasen Shuriken. People trolled the fb page saying they wanted him as a guest and apparently the con believed them?
Everybody was a bit confused but then a girl made a post saying she is disgusted with the con, that she refuses to attend a con that invites such disgusting person as a special guest. She then proceeded to explain this guy harrasses every single girl he comes across, later some famous cosplayer girls came forward and posted screenshots of the things he would send them.
He would send them shirtless pictures with captions like "you are so hot, look how you affected me ;)", say gross things like "hello, i'd like to get to know you… maybe even kiss your soft and sexy lips" to cosplayers he never talked to before… The list goes on. I'd post them here but they are not in english, but holy shit it's so gross and insane.
This girl posted caps of a convo in which she asked tips on skits and stuff to him, and he replied saying she owed him a kiss for helping her. Next con he forcefully tried to grab her and give her a kiss, luckily she managed to get away.
Soon more stories started appearing on how he would stalk girls the whole con to try and kiss them, even very underage (13>) girls.
Stirred a bunch of shit and there's people now defending him, saying all cosplay girls are sluts that want attention and should've it coming to them.
People found old facebook posts of him being a mysoginistic lil shit, saying girls are all retardeds that melt when you say a sweet word. Then he procceeded to threaten people who called him out, saying he always carry a knife and they will pay for it next con.
Guy is a total creep. And not a single word from the staff til now.
