Not to turn this into a huge rant but I feel super directionless yet pressured to have it all figured out. I'm in uni but don't know what kind of career I want so I'm just sort of aimlessly taking courses with little progress on a degree. Having a passion for something shouldn't mean necessarily that you should work in that field. I have a friend who always wanted to be a child psychologist but ended up working for a venue and now books bands. They volunteer at a youth center in their free-time. Doing internships or something like that can help too. There are certain organizations that can set that up for you. Sometimes you can also contact people in the field and ask if they can show you what their job entails for a day to see if it fits you. I wish you the best of luck with all this, nonna! In basketball, when a player is throwing the ball towards the hoop, why don't any of the players on the opposite team ever try to hit it out of the air? Whenever I see a clip of basketball and they get the ball in the hoop, it's like the other players just watch it happen. Why not just jump up and hit it before it gets to the net?

This has been bothering me for years now and I'm too scared if I google it they'll tell me I have cancer or something.. But when I was 17 I got my first piercing (septum) and afterwards for the next 3 days I woke up with blood pouring out of my mouth (ala picrel) for 5 minutes or so and then nothing the entire day until tomorrow morning; I also didn't have my period that month.
